We provide Sports and Remedial Massage, combining a range of advanced soft tissue techniques, stretching, neuromuscular methods, and manual therapy to support recovery and improve movement. Dry needling is also available if clinically appropriate. Every session is tailored to your individual needs — whether you’re recovering from injury, managing ongoing pain, or investing in your long-term wellbeing.

Your first session includes a full consultation, case history, and movement assessment. We’ll explore your goals and any specific concerns before starting hands-on treatment. Together, we’ll build a plan that supports your recovery, performance, or ongoing care.

Absolutely. All treatments are designed with safety in mind and are therapeutic in nature. As with any manual therapy, your body may go through changes during the recovery process — occasionally, this can include short-term soreness or an increase in symptoms. This is a normal response and typically settles within 24–48 hours. We are always happy to follow up with advice or adjustments to your care plan if needed.
-
You may feel relaxed, lighter, or slightly tired after a session. Some mild soreness or temporary discomfort is normal, especially after working through tight or sensitive areas. This usually resolves within a day or two.
To support your recovery:
Drink water
Avoid intense activity for the rest of the day
Use heat or gentle movement if advised
Rest if your body needs it
